Six mornings a week, starting at about 6:45, Shawn Tobin lases up his shoes, grabs a couple bottles of water, and steps off for a roughly two and a half hour journey through Chattanooga. For the past six weeks he has spent his mornings walking 8 to 10 miles carrying an American Flag. “I’m starting to see the same families,” Tobin said. “They will scream, honk their horn.
