Art therapy helps veterans combat PTSD

A unique form of therapy is helping local veterans suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental illnesses. Marine Corps veteran Josh Paul struggled adjusting to civilian life. “I found a way to express feelings that I didn’t even know I had. It changed me, got me going on my life and turned my life around. I’m happy,” says Paul. “I suffer with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I had a hard time connecting with people.
